📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, interview, and select candidates to ensure we bring in the best candidates for our team.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our hires.
• Manage the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or BambooHR.
• Develop and implement recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the procurement or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
