📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of F&B outlets, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Support the sales team by promoting menu items and upselling to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Learn and apply basic accounting and financial management practices.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to standard procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the smooth operation of the F&B outlet.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a F&B role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of local F&B industry trends and practices in Bali is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations across Bali.
