📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal controls, providing guidance on enhancements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and audit methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
