📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.

• Collaborate with the XPeng team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and electric vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.
