📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR records using SAP HR
• Support the GA team with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and coordinating meetings
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents
• Coordinate with international team members and clients, using Mandarin for communication
• Assist with the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR and GA managers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or GA roles
• Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Experience with SAP HR is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and work permit (if applicable)
