MEP Engineering Specialist - High-Rise Building & Data Center Projects

PT Karyagraha Nusantara is seeking a skilled MEP Engineering Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of high-rise buildings and cutting-edge data center operations in Jakarta Selatan. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects that require a blend of technical expertise and innovative problem-solving.

As an MEP Engineering Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems in our high-rise building and data center projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop MEP systems for high-rise buildings and data centers, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to ensure that our projects are financially viable and technically sound.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MEP engineering field, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and Building Codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on high-rise buildings and data centers.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and Building Codes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID card (KTP) and work permit (if applicable).
