📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the psychology and HR sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Develop and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage and track business development initiatives using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the progress and outcomes of business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on psychology or HR solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the psychology and HR industries, including key trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
