📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have.
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Stock shelves and ensure that the store is well-organized.
  • Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
