📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.,Work closely with senior management to set and achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior operational management role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective operational strategies.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
