📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
