Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the hiring team,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and clients,Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
