Elitez Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Manager to join our team in Bandar Lampung. As a Quality and Food Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our production team to implement and maintain quality control measures, and you will be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control and food safety programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.,Work closely with the production team to implement quality control measures and ensure that all products meet the required standards.,Monitor and analyze quality and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality control and food safety best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality and safety standards are integrated into all aspects of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and food safety management.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.,Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control and food safety programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with quality management systems and software is a plus.
