📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to meet production targets,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards,Manage and maintain equipment and machinery,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records,Assist in training and developing new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus,Must be willing to travel to different locations as needed
