📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.,Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.,Document patient care activities accurately and completely.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Experience in a similar role within a healthcare facility is preferred.
