📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are stocked and available for purchase.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with company objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or tech environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
