📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to provide feedback and guidance to the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote our products and services through various marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail sales software and systems.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
