📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
