📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria and company needs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
