📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment for furniture production.,Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining supplier relationships.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure that procured materials meet our standards.,Coordinate with internal teams to address procurement-related issues and queries.,Stay updated on industry trends and developments to support strategic procurement decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
