📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastries and desserts.,Maintain and organize the pastry department, including inventory and equipment.,Prepare and maintain recipes and menus.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
