📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our Chinese product line.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (mandarin) is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales tools and software is a plus.
