In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. You will work closely with various departments to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of production schedules and workflows,Monitor and maintain production equipment and facilities,Support quality control processes and ensure compliance with standards,Assist in inventory management and procurement activities,Help in the preparation of reports and documentation related to operations,Provide support to the operations manager in various tasks and projects,Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives,Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or related field,Good understanding of production processes and quality control,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
