PRISM Sentosa is looking for an Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet Coordinator in managing and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics and transportation industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet management,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any other tasks as required,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition,Assist in the organization of vehicle inspections and safety checks,Support the Fleet Coordinator in managing vehicle insurance and registration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus
