📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
