Toko Vera Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate with the warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews of warehouse staff and provide feedback and training as needed.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
