📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen job applicants through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive recruitment experience.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employers.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
