📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on store equipment, including refrigeration units, POS systems, and security systems.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on store equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment repairs and replacements.
• Monitor and report on maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with store managers and staff to address maintenance issues and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of store equipment.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, POS systems, and security systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
