📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback from employees and managers.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Utilize various learning technologies and tools to create engaging and effective training materials.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
