📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the management team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic and restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
