📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Implement and optimize IT solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration and support.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations support.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Azure, or AWS are a plus.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
