Duta Lestari Mart is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing a team and driving employee performance.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
